JUDS01 - $400 This is a slide intake/pinwheel exhaust drum. The Customer can choose between black or silver Hi Temp powder coat and will come with a 5” Pinwheel exhaust, stainless steel slide intake, lid handle, 2 side handles, thermometer, 2 grates, Charcoal basket and probe port grommet. Choose drum type - standard or premium. There is a $50 charge for a premium drum. Choose color – hi temp black or silver powder coat. Choose model – JUDS01, JUDS02, JUDS03, or customize your own UDS. Choose options or upgrades – adjustable grate system, heat deflector, rib rack, drum dolly, steel or stainless steel lid hinge, Digital thermometer holder, utensil holder, bottle opener, etc. There will be a 33% deposit required at the time the order is placed. Payment is accepted thru PayPal, Cash app, or Venmo, or cash if ordered in person. JUDS01 = $ 135 JUDS02

How to season your UDS smoker

Spray all bare metal with cooking spray , including the bottom of the lid. Canola oil or grapeseed oil is a great choice for seasoning because it holds up to higher temps. Fill charcoal basket and leave room for ½ chimney of lit coals or add wax cubes , or tumbleweed starters. Wait 15 – 20 minutes for charcoal to begin to start burning good, keeping intakes and exhaust fully open. When Temperature is around 200F add wood chunks.
